About Us
Recover your mobility in our certified orthopedic center.
Our history
For over 50 years, the Rio Grande Valley Orthopedic Center has been committed to making the RGV and South Texas a stronger and healthier place. Since 1968, we have been at the forefront of orthopedic care, serving our community with passion and dedication.
Dr. Ruben Pechero, a pioneer in the field of orthopedics and orthopedic surgery, founded our clinic with the mission of providing top-tier care to those in need. His legacy continues through his son, Dr.Guillermo Pechero, who has spent 27 years advancing orthopedic care in South Texas. Following in his father’s footsteps, Dr.Guillermo Pechero brings the most advanced treatments and procedures to the region, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care available.
As a family-owned and operated practice, we are proud to continue this tradition of excellence in orthopedic care, offering a wide range of specialized treatments for conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, and spine. Our team remains dedicated to providing personalized care with compassion, advanced technology, and the latest medical innovations, improving the lives of our patients and making South Texas healthier, one patient at a time.
